Often we will be engaged by a client to lead an engagement where we are the prime contractor but sometimes the project will require a larger team or individuals or firms with skills and experience that we do not have ourselves. In such cases we will reach out to our network to source the right people to fill the gaps. If you are an individual consultant or work in advisory services related to health system financing or health insurance consider registering with our private network of consultants in health economics, health insurance, microinsurance, health actuarial and mobile payment solutions. Partnering
Sometimes we will bid for projects on a partnership basis with other firms. In such cases we will contract with the client on a joint basis with those other firms.
