Consilient has a comprehensive Business Intermediation and Introduction Services Agreement (BIISA) which details the various arrangements we can enter into.  It also covers not just market entry but also transactions such as investment, merger or acquisition.   The agreement also has various remuneration models including a time and expenses option, a retainer basis, percentage of revenues, success fees and percentage of any successful transactions that may be concluded.
