- A one-day offsite event combining expert led theoretical sessions with practical teambuilding exercises and challenges
- Half-day or full day onsite follow-up session 3 months later to assess progress

Where are these events?
Events will be held at a first-class hotel in the Hajar mountains of the United Arab Emirates on the outskirts of Hatta town around 70 minutes from Dubai
What will be covered?
There will be 5 activity-based exercises and challenges designed to encourage knowledge sharing and teambuilding.
There will also be 4 theoretical sessions as below:

- Resilience and why it matters
- Neuroscience and workplace stress
- Effective communication skills

Full one day only event: 12 delegates 2,334 USD per delegate reducing on a sliding scale to 1,613 USD per delegate for 18 delegates.
Full one day event including Prior Evening Reception and one night accommodation: 12 delegates 2,627 USD per delegate reducing on a sliding scale to 1,906 USD per delegate for 18 delegates.
